Paris is welcoming chocolate lovers, pastry professionals and curious food enthusiasts for the 2026 edition of the Salon du Chocolat & de la Pâtisserie. Taking place from 28 October to 1 November at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, the five-day event brings together chocolate craftsmanship, pastry creativity and live demonstrations.
