Hotel Chocolat is expanding its Halloween range in the UK with new chocolate products designed around sharing, gifting and seasonal entertaining. The 2026 collection includes new Skull Lick, Oozy Eye Selectors and Fright Night Selectors, alongside returning Halloween favourites. The brand has also introduced new drinking chocolates and a seasonal Cherry Scary Sundae at its Velvetiser Café.

A Bigger Halloween Chocolate Range

Hotel Chocolat’s Halloween collection is aimed at making chocolate part of more than just trick-or-treating. The new products are positioned for people looking to share chocolate, give seasonal gifts or create a more indulgent Halloween experience at home.

Among the new products is Skull Lick, while the Oozy Eye and Fright Night selections add playful Halloween designs to Hotel Chocolat’s premium chocolate offering.

The brand is also bringing Halloween into its café experience, with the Cherry Scary Sundae launching from 2 October.

Halloween Becomes More Than Trick-or-Treating

The launch reflects how confectionery brands are increasingly treating Halloween as a wider seasonal occasion. Instead of focusing only on small treats for children, brands are creating products aimed at gifting, entertaining and adult indulgence.

For premium chocolate makers, this creates an opportunity to turn a familiar seasonal celebration into a broader chocolate experience.

Macao Cacao

At Macao Cacao, we love seeing how chocolate brands continue to reinvent seasonal traditions. Halloween is becoming another opportunity for chocolate makers to experiment with flavours, formats, presentation and experiences.
