Italian fine-chocolate producer Domori has introduced its professional couverture chocolate range to the UK market, giving chocolatiers, pastry chefs and dessert makers access to a selection of specialist chocolates.

The range includes chocolates made from rare Venezuelan Criollo cacao varieties, including Porcelana, Guasare and Chuao. These varieties are prized for their distinctive flavour profiles, which can include notes of nuts, caramel, honey and dried fruit.

The collection also includes single-origin dark and milk chocolates, professional couverture blends, 100% cocoa mass and pistachio and hazelnut cream fillings. The products are distributed in the UK through CFW Ingredients & Equipment, which has established a dedicated online ordering platform for professional customers.
