Lindt is taking the Dubai-style chocolate trend beyond traditional chocolate bars with a new ice cream experience featuring pistachio, crispy pastry and its signature chocolate.

The Swiss chocolate maker has introduced a Dubai Style chocolate sundae through its UK stores, combining Crema Gelata ice cream with layers of kadayif pastry, pistachio sauce and Dubai-style chocolate praline.

The combination brings together creamy and crunchy textures inspired by the popular Dubai chocolate flavour profile.

Lindt is also expanding its beverage offering with a Mango Milkshake, combining white chocolate with mango syrup. Other drinks available through its stores include strawberry and pistachio milkshakes.

The developments show how chocolate brands are exploring new ways to bring familiar flavours into different categories, including frozen desserts and beverages.

For Lindt, the move offers another way to connect its chocolate-making heritage with changing consumer interest in indulgent dessert experiences.
